Getting the right support for you

It may be that a good starting point for you now is to take your time to identify the help you need to support your mental health and wellbeing, at this time.

Think about your existing coping skills and ask yourself:
  • What helps me?
  • What doesn’t help me?
  • What do I need right now?
Think about support networks you already have in place and ask yourself:
  • Who can I talk to that I trust and who would help me?
  • Who wouldn’t help me?

This can help you focus on what you need now.

Do you need help now?
