Welcome to the Swansea Health Board page

The Nutrition and Dietetic Service in Swansea Bay offers a group weight management intervention at Level 2 of the All-Wales Weight Management Pathway. It is a 6-week programme with each 1½hr session providing information to help you make informed choices regarding eating habits to aid weight loss and improve your health.

You can be referred for our weight management group if your BMI is over 30, or 28 if you have diabetes, high blood pressure or high cholesterol. Your GP, Practice Nurse or other Health Care Professional can refer you.
